It does look close to Megathecla cupentius, but the white lines seem more definite on your photos. Shots I have of M. cupentius from Cristalino in Brazil seem more a row of white dashes. I don't know the range, maybe nobody does of many of these hairstreaks, but cupentius is a good guess.
