the swallowtails are mostly Broad-banded Swallowtails, or Heraclides astyalus. These have yellow crescents in the dhw, above the tails and below the black band. Your 2nd photo has 3 species that I see; the big sulphurs are probably Apricot Sulphur, Phoebis argante, and the 2 greenish/white ones are probably Statira, Aphrissa statira and the larger one w/the straight line on the ventral is Trite or Straight-lined Sulphur, Rhabdodryas trite.

The second picture has also some Phoebis neocypris, that can be recognized by the pointed hind wings. The third picture has all the previous mentioned butterflies plus two Heraclides androgeus laodocus and one Pyrisitia or Eurema species. Also, I guess there is an H. androgeus laodocus in the center of the H. astyalus group of the first picture.
